I have three kinds of lantana in my butterfly garden. Don't ask me to name them; I'm doing well to know they're lantana.
An almost white one:
A bright yellow one:
And a fabulous multi-color one:
They are perfect for the hot dry conditions of a South Carolina summer. Unlike me, they don't wilt in the afternoon sun.
So, what's blooming in your garden?
Those are really wonderful!! Do they work in pots? Would love a few.
ReplyDeleteAudrey,
ReplyDeleteThey are tropical plants, but I found a website that may help-

Around here, they go dormant in the winter, but come back up in late spring. Way north, they would likely have to come in for the winter. Or you could just treat them as annuals and replant from year to year.
