The Fiddler's Gun by A. S. Peterson "Fin jumped and held the hammer up as if she was ready to throw it. She was kneeling in the grass beside the front door of the chapel and had managed to work the first of the three front steps loose. When she realized it was only Peter, she smiled and motioned for him to be quiet."
This is another recommendation from the-cousin-who-shall-not-be-named. Don't worry, Cuz, I'm not breaking the spine or folding the cover back.
What's your current read?
I just finished Maeve Binchy's Next Year Will Be Different. I'm not sure about the date of publication.
ReplyDeleteI think I've read most, if not all, of her books. She's brilliant!
Have you read any of her books?
Hmmm, that looks interesting. I'm reading Half the Sky by Nicholas Kristof. A life-changing read, for sure! I'll review it on my blog when I'm done.
ReplyDeleteI posted on my blog on Monday that I'm reading Pretty Monsters by Kelly Link. It was recommended to me by many people, but I've only just started reading it.
